Phase plan 推行階段
Phase 1: Setup & Foundation
June – August 2026 (3 months)｜建立與準備（2026年6–8月）
Establish infrastructure, onboard pilot teachers, and finalize school plan documentation.建立技術基建、先導教師培訓、完成校本規劃文件。
- Kickoff + implementation owner assignment｜啟動會議及負責人
- Technical audit + platform setup｜技術審視及平台部署
- Pilot onboarding (10–15 teachers)｜先導教師培訓（10–15人）
Phase 2: Launch & Adoption
September – December 2026｜啟動與採納（2026年9–12月）
Expand to the first 3 subjects/areas and start producing evidence artifacts.推展至首批3個科目/範疇並開始累積證據產出。
- AI-assisted teaching across ≥3 subjects｜最少3科目推行
- Build first set of teaching examples (towards 6+)｜累積首批教學例子（邁向6+）
- Schedule demo/open lessons planning｜規劃公開課/示範課
Phase 3: Expand & Evidence
January – September 2027｜擴展與證據（2027年1–9月）
Scale adoption and prepare interim reporting; consolidate deliverables and documentation.擴展使用並準備中期匯報；整合交付與文件。
- Complete 6+ teaching examples/resources｜完成6+教學例子/資源
- Hold experience-sharing sessions and student activities｜分享會及學生活動
- Submit Interim Report (Sep 2027)｜提交中期報告（2027年9月）
Phase 4: Sustain & Report
October 2027 – August 2028｜鞏固與匯報（2027年10月–2028年8月）
Institutionalize best practices, ensure sustainability beyond the grant, and finalize reporting.制度化做法、確保撥款後可持續，並完成最終匯報。

- Prepare final evidence bundle｜整理最終證據套件
- Submit Final Report (Sep 2028)｜提交總結報告（2028年9月）
