What are tokens?
Tokens are used to generate content with TeachAI. Each AI generation (lesson plan, quiz, worksheet, etc.) costs 1 token. Free plan users get 10 tokens per month, while Plus plan users get 250 tokens per month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged immediately. If you downgrade, the new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do unused tokens roll over?
Yes. While you remain on the same plan, unused tokens roll over to the next month. Each billing cycle tops up your balance: Free adds +10 tokens and Plus adds +250 tokens.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For School Plans, we can also accept purchase orders and bank transfers.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
Free plan users can wait until next month for a +10 token top-up, or upgrade to Plus for +250 tokens per month.
