Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged immediately. If you downgrade, the new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, within 14 days of your initial purchase. TeachAI is usage-based rather than a flat subscription: every lesson, deck, paper or search you generate draws on your plan's allowance and costs us in real time as it runs. Refunds are therefore pro-rated against the portion of your allowance still unused when you request one. If you have generated very little, most of your payment is refundable; if you have used most of your allowance, only a small amount is; and once the allowance for the period is fully used, there is nothing left to refund. Email support@teachai.io within 14 days and we will confirm the exact amount before processing.
